Alaethia (she/her) started at Harmony in the Spring of 2025. She has worked with children and families in many capacities in the past. She started at a daycare almost 10 years ago as a teenager before getting her Bachelor's degree in Sociology. She then moved to work in casework and has been a preschool teacher with the YMCA. Most recently she was a Registered ABA Technician which is how she found Harmony! In her free time Alaethia loves to paint, read, go for nature walks, and is an aspiring camper.
